MUSIC BACK-PACK discs are made to order; but it only takes a day or so to make up a complete set. The majority of orders are shipped within 24 hours.

After we process your order, we send you an email message with the delivery details (including tracking number if there is one). The message can also be printed as your receipt. We include inside the package a printed packing list, and a receipt for prepaid orders.

FedEx customers: To bypass our handling charge, provide your FedEx account number, and we'll simply check "Bill Recipient" on the airbill.

International customers: You are responsible for paying any applicable import duties and customs fees. When we fill out the required U. S. Customs form, we will not declare a fraudulent value for our shipment. Please do not ask us to do so.

PREPAID ORDERS:	We accept U.S. Dollars in...
under $1000	Cash, money orders, and personal checks drawn on U.S. bank accounts.
under $5000	Payments through PayPal. After you submit our order form, we will tell PayPal to send you an invoice. You can then pay it with any method PayPal supports (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, your PayPal balance, etc.)
Any amount	Business or company checks drawn on U.S. bank accounts.

INVOICED ORDERS:
Any amount	Automated Clearing House electronic funds transfers: contact us for account/routing information. Our bank charges to receive wire transfers: add $15 U.S., $30 international.
	Purchase orders from approved institutions. Our standard terms are Net 30 Days, with no discounts allowed. Include your P.O. number in the message area of our order form. Be sure to include the delivery method and cost on your P. O.! Our FEIN/Tax ID Number is: 26-1628495. We can provide an IRS W-9 Form as a PDF, on request.

Any amount	Sight or demand drafts, or checks drawn on non-U.S. bank accounts.

All product prices here on our website are current, and we publish any changes here first. As long as you have refreshed the product page recently (check the update in the footer), you can just print it from your browser and you'll have one.
