When we process your order, we send you an email message with the delivery details and payment particulars, printable as your receipt. Your zip file will be attached to a subsequent email, with the text of the ReadMe in the body of the message.

under $1000	Cash, money orders, and personal checks drawn on U.S. bank accounts.
under $5000	Payments through PayPal. After you submit our order form, we will tell PayPal to send you an invoice. You can then pay it with any method PayPal supports: credit and debit cards, your PayPal balance, Venmo, Pay Later, Apple Pay, etc.
Any amount	Business or company checks drawn on U.S. bank accounts.

INVOICED ORDERS:
Any amount	Automated Clearing House electronic funds transfers: contact us for account/routing information. Our bank charges to receive wire transfers: add $15 U.S., $30 international.
	Purchase orders from approved institutions. Our standard terms are Net 30 Days, with no discounts allowed. Include your P.O. number in the message area of our order form. Be sure to include the delivery method and cost on your P. O.! Our FEIN/Tax ID Number is: 26-1628495. We can provide an IRS W-9 Form as a PDF, on request.

All product prices here on our website are current, and we publish any changes here first. As long as you have refreshed the product page recently (check the update in the footer), you can just print it from your browser and you'll have one.

The LNP Dome Theater Compendium is a collection of HTML pages; you view it using your Web browser. It is not a program; it has no copy protection. We simply ask you not to distribute copies to others, and use it only on your own computers within your facility.

During the normal everyday course of doing business at Loch Ness Productions, we're continually making changes and updates to our database. When we receive an order for the Compendium, we will usually generate an entire new set of Compendium pages at that time! So the data will always be current, to the best of our knowledge, often to within a matter of minutes. We've priced the Compendium so reasonably that you'll be tempted to order frequent updates. In the left corner of the index page is the creation date, to help you decide when it's time.
