Mark and Carolyn's Pilgrimage To Loch Ness
July 1: Greenwich

The last day of the conference featured a boat ride on the Thames to Greenwich.
The Millennium dome is rising on the banks... and, a few miles further on, the Tea Clipper Cutty Sark.

Of course, the main attraction at Greenwich is time... the prime meridian of the world, dividing the Earth into Eastern and Western hemispheres, runs through here. Everyone who comes here straddles the line between two hemispheres... an interesting to place to ask, "How's it hangin'?"

Our friend Steve Mitch graciously took a pic of us at Greenwich Observatory. And, of course, what trip to Greenwich would be complete without a visit to the planetarium?
