Our last day of vacation -- swimming, snorkeling and picnicking on
Holland America's own private island in the Bahamas! The snorkeling was
great -- Carolyn swam with the manta rays for a while, chased the reef
fish, and counted spiny sea urchins. After a picnic lunch, the weather
turned nasty, so everyone hit the tenders for the ride back to the ship.
High waves and winds made the ride back one she and Laurie Redfern would
never forget! It ended well, and before we knew it, it was time to head
to the stateroom, pack the bags and get ready for the last night on
board ship!
